Health Goals

It's hard to be super healthy being a mom, but it's possible. Don't expect perfection, but as long as you are making a effort--THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS.

Lately I've been feeling like I need to listen to my body. I'm not sure why, but I just get that feeling.

So here are some things I am in the progress of right now:

Eat more veggies. I'm drinking a health shake (made of veggies mostly) every morning. I do this because it's near impossible for me to eat as much as I should be (Though I am trying). James gets a free products from Nuskin.. so it's not another expense and they have a great reputation for being very holistic. I make them with almond milk and ice. Super good.

Drink more water--this by far is my hardest challenge. Mostly because I'm always on the go and it's flavorless so it doesn't have a huge appeal to me, but I am going to buy a huge thick water bottle and take it around with me.

Make a appointment with Dr Lundell (He's very homepathic doctor--attributes most changes due to lifestyle) to check my hormones--I'm pretty I am low progesterone and I want to fix this, but before I go and try to self prescribe I might as well get tested.

Make a eye appointment. Im pretty sure I need contacts. As I'm typing I am squinting. I passed my drivers eye exam, but I'm getting older and I work at a desk job my eye sight is getting worse.

Work out in the morning--Ive been doing this, but I'd like to get even better. Do even lengthier harder workouts and run a race.

Invest in a Diva cup, and thinx underwear for my periods.

Use the microwave less.

Go to the dentist.

What are your health goals?
