Olivia's Nursery. 

A few things I love about this house:
It's very open and has lots of natural light.
It has TWO separate living rooms. Now when the visiting teachers come over-there is no TV in the main area. It's just a nice quite place to actually visit!
I love the tile flooring.
I like having a red door.
I like having a light that goes on every night in our front lawn.
I love that it has it's own dining room. We can host parties and you don't have to see the fuss or mess in the kitchen.
I love that we have bar stools and can keep Olivia's high chair there.
I love having a two car garage!
It's got a fenced yard and a PARK right behind us.
I like having the laundry room in the main level.
I love my walk in closet and my own personal bathroom.
I've made a toy room for Olivia. We ordered her a ball pit and a rocking horse that should get here any day. It's so much fun.
I love that the carpet is in good condition.
I love that the  down stairs walls are a creamy light color.
The rooms are big enough that we can have a office, a gym, and still have a couple kids!

A few things that need some tlc:
Our bedroom has BRIGHT green accent walls. Those MUST go. We are painting them Turquoise instead.
The hall way has a huge family tree painted on it. While it's a cute idea.. it's too busy in the small space. We are painting it a neutral color to open it up.
The laundry room needs to be painted.
The back yard fenced needs to be white washed and/or replaced eventually.
We have some rose bushes back in the yard and I'd like them removed (mostly so Olivia can play safely back there)
I want to take out our bushes in the front and plant flowers instead.
Eventually we want to get granite counter tops.

Not all the rooms are pictured in this post. Ill go back and post as we finish our projects, but so far it's been SOOOOO nice having more space and really the only things that needs to be done is a few paint projects.

Anyone who has come and visited agrees it's a real upgrade for us and it's always amusing to watch their faces. They are always surprised at how big and well taken care of it is.

So far i've adjusted really well and can't wait to make it even more of our own!
