Matters of the heart

A few months back my mother went and got her gal bladder out. To make a long story short, they noticed she had a irregular rhythm in heart heart during the procedure which is no beano when it comes being healthy. It can cause blood clots, heart attacks, stroke, etc. So you can understand the doctors concern when they recovered this new found information.

Meanwhile all of this is going on my brother KC was also having heart problems. SERIOUS heart problems (explained in previous posts)

It's been a stressful time for our family and we have appreciated all the prayers, calls, and support.

...However I am here to to report that my mothers heart was shocked by the doctors. Originally they didn't think the shock therapy had worked. In fact it kind of elevated it. However it has been monitored and is beating regularly again. (they will be checking it in 4 months again to make sure it hasn't come back)

and brother has had heart surgery and  defibrillator and been put in place to  help with BOTH persisting problems of the heart beating too slow and too fast . He should be recovered within a few weeks.

The silver lining is that the doctors not only FOUND, but also addressed both issues and prevented something that could have been potentially fatal.

So grateful to have my mom and my brother around! I love you guys!!!
