Creamy Lemon Chicken

A long long time ago I introduced the idea to James that every Sunday we try a new recipe and make it together. We've kind of kept this tradition, but since groceries can pretty expensive and new recipes require lots of new ingredients that you don't always carry, we don't do it EVERY Sunday.. instead we just do it when we afford it. UNTIL.....

*drum roll*

I realized that more then half the food we buy has EASY, affordable, recipes right on back of the labels. Huzzah!
