Thankful for Courage.

 It seems whenever I am having a rough time, I log onto the my gmail, blog, or facebook and someone has had the courage to post something bold, inspirational, personal, etc and to say the least..... its JUST what I needed that day.

While I find a lot of my comfort from  prayer, scriptures and the gospel of Jesus Christ.... I'm extremely grateful for the guidance of others who are brave enough to post what they have gone through and what they have learned. It takes a really strong, brave, and courageous person to post things out in the open and public -not knowing before hand how someone might take them.

I can not count the times I've said a specific prayer asking Heavenly Father to help me find my way and later that day I get my answer beautifully written on the computer screen by someone else.

It's aw inspiring and only a confirmation to me that God does hear my prayers.

I know it sounds funny... Little Kira is thankful for facebook, gmail, and blogging.. generally when speaking about the Internet we learn of all the dangers and things that can consume and destroy you from it and its true! However I have learned that there is opposition in all things and the Lord truly is using it as a tool for the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be pronounced to the world.

This November I am thankful for courage. We live in a REALLY scary time. Everything is changing and everything is virtual, movies, people and the media are getting more and more perverted... but I am SOOOO thankful for those who DO stand up.. and who DO say what they feel and believe  and what they have learned despite if its popular or not because I for one know that it's helped me(more then you may know)....and I know it will help others.
