Basically, I feel like netflix is such a waste of money. Of course you can order new releases and wait the couple days for it to arrive which is always a bonus! (No driving out and searching for one a the video store) However... then you have to wait the couple of days for it to arrive.
Then they have the "instant Que" Which is a plus, and when you first start this.. They have some pretty awesome TV series. Such as 24, Prison Break, Desperate Housewives, Lie to me, Lost, Etc... Which is great! if you haven't watch those.. You will be set! However, its probably 1 out of a hundred that you will find a really good tv show or movie. You REAAAAAAALLY have to search hard to find one.
They put a ton of filth and crap on there that I don't want to see or anyone else to see either! I'll give Netflix props for making a "recently watched" section as a monitor and a filter basically for parents, but I personally say: Why not just remove the temptation all together? Not saying we are watching horrible horrible movies, but I hate feeling I have to spend 30 minutes screening tv shows/ movies to watch 30 minutes of TV!
Basic Television there is only so much content that they can put a on show. The shows also may be reruns but its quality shows that people generally enjoy and still like. ( I know I did) thats why they still air it.
Of course then I still have leaves a gap for new releases, but there is red box that is a dollar a night... Zune on XBOX 360, or buy a used dvd for 3.99 at fye.. It almost seems more sensible to cancel.
It's been a good run, but I think I am over it. Thoughts???

I cancelled my Netflix several months ago actually.
We canceled our Netflix and now have cable and we are so glad! I especially agree about all the crap they have on Netflix...my 5-year-old nephew was playing with the remote and almost turned on a lesbian porn flick. Definitely not something we want exposed to us or anyone else!
We are ready to cancel ours as well, it just seems like a waste if money.
wow, lol I think I am the only one for Netflix. I love the dvd's in the mail and I have found a lot of kid series on that Connor enjoys. I keep finding series that I like and there is quiet a few corny movies but I like Corny LOL.
I will not argue that it does have a ton of inappropriate shows but you can usually tell which ones are and avoid them.
It is personal preference. If you feel like it is a waste of money and you have a really hard time finding a movie you like, if it continually disappoints you then it just probably is not worth it.
You could cancel and try it a few months back on cable and see???
Man, I am not one at decisions either ha, ha.
