Curried Honey-Mustard Chicken


I wanted to share this recipe that is super easy and yummy.
Curried Honey-Mustard Chicken
1 pint canned chicken, including broth
1/4 c. butter(I used I cant believe its not butter), melted
1/2 c. honey (I used sugar free honey)
1/4 c. mustard (Dijon, spicy brown, or regular)--I used Dijon.
1 t. curry powder (I used mild)
1/2 t. crushed fresh or powdered garlic
1/2 t. salt
Flake chicken. Combine all other ingredients and stir in chicken.
Simmer on low in a boiler or crock pot.
(If you don't like curry, just try it without. We served it over brown rice.)
