6 months

Livi will be turning 6 months on Thursday! I can't believe it !

Her NEW jumper. She gets somewhat frustrated because some of the toys she can't bring to her mouth. She loves learning though and I can almost see the thoughts processes as she studies her new toys. I think this little jumper will only get more fun with time. That's the way her bouncer was!

Look ma! I can hold my bottle! Well..kinda 

I feel like this is a huge deal. I can't believe it's been half a year!!! She's reached so many mile stones this month. 

*She's started eating a little bit. (Oatmeal cereal, veggies and fruits) We just bought a high chair. 

*We just bought a jumper too because she's pretty much retired her bouncer. This makes me so sad and so happy all at the same time! 

*I guessing she's around 17 pounds. She's in size 3 diapers she can still fit in size 2, but I like diapers to be a tad bit bigger for leak protection. 

*She got her first cold. I think she got it from her Aunt Emily who watched her. It was so sad to see her have a running nose because she couldn't control it. Since she had a cold all the mucus and drainage was behind her ears and she got a ear infection.I put some all natural garlic oil extract (olive oil and garlic) drops in her ears and that cleared it RIGHT up.  She didn't have to go to the doctor and get prescribed any antibiotics. I'm so thankful for that.

*I'm pretty sure she's teething, when I put a finger to her gums it seems that I can feel them coming in, but I can't see them breaking through yet and she hasn't been fussy.. so we shall see.

 *She's drinks 6 bottles of formula and 2 bottles of breast milk. She drinks 4 ounces of formula and 5 ounces of BM. We've got about a month left in the freezer going at that rate. 

*She's sleeps pretty dang good, only wakes up once in the night and that's just because she's got a full diaper. Ill change her, feed her and shell go right back to bed. She still sleeps in her pack n play in our room. It's got a mattress so it's more comfortable and she gets the support she needs. I'm sure we will move her to her crib, but I love having her right next to me on my side of the bed. I love just waking up and looking at her. 

*She's started scooting and I'm sure she'll be crawling soon. She loves to explore and find new things. She has to be constantly entertained.

*She's laughing even more now. Smiling tons and just a happy baby in general. She's def won't laugh at the same thing twice though. You have to come up with new material.

We just love her so much and can't wait to see what the next 6 months have in store!
