James is going to be JAM PACKED busy the month of Feb with work, school, free lance, and his NEWEST film project!!!! Yep-it's that time again.. where James gets really serious about his movie making. This new movie "absolution" is going to be one of his bests-though It is much darker and serious. Richard Dutcher is even going to be acting in it. They hope to once again get this one into some film festivals like they did last year and get a little more known and into the public. Who knows maybe one day-James will be the new Spielberg ;) In the mean time. I'm pretty proud of him and he's using his talents in ways to help our family. James works at North Star in Tech Support, but because of his ability they have hired him on to do all their film work. This seems to be the case with every job he goes to. They always recognize his skill set and take him on with much doubt, and rightfully so!
So anyways.. needless to say-Valentines we won't be together. So we took the opportunity to use some PTO and go out for a little "us" time. Friday we relaxed at home for the afternoon, then James surprised me and told me we could go buy me new running shoes! Which I was in need of desperately. I was one run away from injury! Then we went and saw "Mama" (which is dumb by the way. lol) and had a tasty dinner at Sizzler. The best part is I got the shoes on sale, plus the 20 % discount from MVP sports, The movie tickets were paid for -due to points earned at work, and we had two 5 dollar off cards to sizzler so we saved us some money! As much as I like to shop and spend.. I think it's even more fun when you save!

Then Saturday James and I went up to SLC . We had Red Iguana, and stayed Little America. It was so fun, we watched tv, swam in the heated pool, went in the jacuzzi, They even had a fitness center which I took full advantage of! In the morning we went to their breakfast buffet which is to die for. I've never been on a cruise but I'd imagine that's what the food would be like. mmmmm SO good! We drove home and laughed and talked. I love these moments where I get to connect with James. He really is a great guy. IF only I could tell you all our inside jokes. He's the funniest man alive!
