All Spice Rump Roast.

1 Tsp Rosemary
2 Tsp Thyme
Minced Garlic
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/8 Tsp All Spice
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Tarragon
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 3 to 4 lb Roast

Mix Ingredients all together in a separate dish, and then put on the Roast. Let it bake for about 60 minutes. 


You can cook it so its not as rare.. It tasted great!
Oh.. and on a side note we bought this last week. Its our first can of food storage. We are going to buy one each week! It will last up to 15 years if unopened!
