Yes i know my eyes are closed in the pic. haha. but... i was having a good time. OK!! haha well Since almost all my relatives live so close together in utah county, and since we have a strong belief in family get togethers, my family gets together QUITE often. We do all holidays, family home evenings AND family birthdays once a month for all the peeps in the fam. We decided to have this on sat on behalf of our beloved Marci who lives in las vegas who came down today to run the marathon. She did so good, She ran it in four hours, and she said she got sick,and by the time she was done, she was sick of gatorade. but she didnt throw up or anything!I asked her if she would do it again, and she said... she probably would! you go girl. IT was fun to see my grandma aka Grammi her and Lori made there lovely Brownies and ice cream and i told myself i wasnt going to have any, but when i saw the peanut butter frosting with chocolate and the mint frosting with the chocolate with fudge.. ya i couldnt resist. *sigh* Oh well I also got to talk to my grandpa, and he made me smile. We talked about the sun shining and how us JUNE people love the summer... after all i was born the day before my grandpas birthday ("the greatest present he could have asked for"). Im so glad i have such a great family. Im so blessed. I love you all.
